1.Think outside the box
We spent 17 years of our life in sofa out
of which 7 years are devoted in watching television. Next year we say i
do not have time to go for gym or eat readymade food because we do not
have time to cook fresh food.
Think outside of box and do some healthy things.
2. Embrasing good health
Giving partner a hug doesn't mean just to
warm, it protects too. Hugging for more than 20 sec lowers the blood
pressure and reduce stress hormone cortisol which reduces heart diseases
and other conditions such as diabetes.
3. Sunny side up
Get outside in the sunshine for a natural
boost. The sun's rays on the skin help your body produce vitamin D,
which has been shown to fight heart disease, depression, osteoporosis
and even some types of cancer. There's not a lot of sun around at this
time of year, so make the most of it when it does appear!
4. Don't take the biscuitIt
Recently discovered that the smell of
chocolate chip cookies could make women splurge on unnecessary clothes
when they hit the shops. The smell activates the part of your brain that
wants instant gratification, although that's no excuse for maxing out
your credit cards.
5. Holding back the years
Add 14 years to your life by following four
very easy principles; don't smoke, take regular exercise, drink sensibly
and eat five portions of fruit and veg a day. These simple steps can
have a huge impact on your life. If you only manage one thing, give up
smoking as the study found this had the biggest impact on your health.
6. A step in the right direction
Previously, experts thought taking 10,000
steps a day was enough to control your weight, but a world-wide study
has just established that women up to the age of 40 and men up to 50
need 12,000 steps a day to help shift that middle jiggle. Invest in a
pedometer to make sure you're hitting your target.
7. Laughter is the best medicine
Become a glass-half-full person! Studies have
found that those with a positive attitude suffer less from conditions
such as heart disease. Find something to laugh at every day to give your
feel-good hormones a boost.

Real rules for life
Rule 1: Life is not fair -- get used to it!
Rule 2: The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.
Rule 3: You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.
Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.
Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping -- they called it opportunity.
Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.
Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you are. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.
Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.
Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.
Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.
Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

KNOW THE SECRET OF SUCCESS
Have you ever thought why in this world happen like this that 2% of
total people are earning more than that is earned by other 98% people.
Why is it like this that one person is commanding hundreds of other. We
all know one law, i.e "law of attraction". This can be explained in
three simple words "THOUGHTS BECOMES THINGS". You have rights to know
the secret of success.
Understand that we become what we think about. Read this fact again slowly and allow it to resonate with you. It is life-changing, in every way that you can imagine.
Be aware that your mind is altered by what it sees and hears, from your parents, your teachers and your surroundings. They allow their minds to be functional and behave by what they see around them.
Keep writing what you are thinking. Edit it the next day. There is a reason for it, and it is your mind.
And before doing anything note down that in your diary.
Use your thoughts to change your life. Do you wake up every morning, go to work, come home and watch TV or maybe just mess around on the Internet, and then go to bed? Do you rinse and repeat every day? Then you are a machine. We become what we think. Try a change.
Think about people who play football, does it just happen? They train for weeks and months focused on attaining that goal. They don't blame other people if they fail, they just get on with it.
We choose our destiny and not other people. Yes you are where you are because that is where you tell your mind you want to be. It's not someone's fault, heck, it's probably not your own fault. It is the way 99.9% of us have been conditioned but in an instant, and a single instant you can change all of that.

" IF YOUR AIM IS 10 MILE THEN TARGET FOR 11 MILE. "
Start your own business in nepal
Overwhelming majority of educated people opt for a non-profit or
government or private sector ‘jobs’. (leaving the race wide open for
you). Go and start a company without competition, attract all these
smart people to work for you.
There are crisis all around (electricity, water, fuel, communication, inflation). Remember crisis is an opportunity for an entrepreneur, and for you to become a billionaire while serving fellow Nepalese.
High unemployment rate (45%) (and perhaps more among youths) means you can build a team around motivated youths looking to stay employed. Plus, you get their goodwill and loyalty to build a sustainable company for the long run.
Rest of Nepal is still beautiful and now awaits you, thanks to everyone moving to big cities like Kathmandu. Now go, build an opportunity around this while making an impact by serving in rural areas discarded by most..
Youths are leaving for work abroad,(560,000 in the last 11 months or more), which means less competition for you to implement your ideas.
Workers abroad (2.5 million or more) send back more than US $3.5 Billion a year. Find out how to make a good business catering to them or their families. The market of the poor is huge! Serve these billion dollar customers!
Many of your competitors might be taking the short-cut to success by being corrupt. Take advantage of this unique situation. Learn that they can never compete against you in terms of transparency, honesty (and probably quality also). Win business from honest customers by showing your good track record and intention! If your corrupt rivals try to out- maneuver you, challenge them to open their accounts, and get the sensation hungry media on them or the government watchdogs to inspect them! (For example Open a good hygienic ‘gudpak’ or sweets shops to out-compete with corrupt, shady ones that exist today. You would win! )
We are fast becoming a consumer driven nation. We buy a lot and throw away a lot. From cloths to recycling there is opportunity. Why do you think there are 1000′s of families dedicated to recycling our trash? Why do you think shops after shops are opening in Malls? Serve our consumer driven nation with quality, affordable price and superior service!
Industries built right after civil strife or wars can last for a long time as proved by the industries that opened after the Second World War in much of Europe and US. So start now when there is less competition. And we just stopped killing each-other i.e we got out of the civil war.
No one cares. The old system is crumbling and there is no more of the strict societal bias against entrepreneurship. “Making profit is good” mentality is on the rise. Time for you to quietly shine!
You have a choice: Either make your own dreams come true or “you will be hired to make some-one else’s dream come true.
